For more information about how everything works, and how we can work together, have a look at this page.
We cover Barcelona, Sitges and the surrounding areas. We are based out of Sitges (44 km south of Barcelona city, and 25 min from Barcelona International Airport)
We recommend to start looking at venues 12-18 months prior to the date you want to get married. You should definitely start early if you wish to get married on a Friday or Saturday, because those days get booked up quickly. It's possible to organise a wedding in less time too, but since we do a limited amount of weddings each season we do tend to get booked up at least a year in advance.
Feel free to reach out by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fill out our contact form here on the website, and I will be happy to get back to you with quote.
Remember to include the amount of guests you are planning for vs expecting, your approximate budget and wished date/time period.
The area has very good weather year around. Count an average of 300 annual days of sunshine. Hot and dry summers, with small periods of rain in spring and autumn, and mild winters with sun and little rain. The Spanish tend to get married during the months of May, June and September. These are indeed nice months to get married, but there is no problem in organising weddings during the summer or early fall too because there are still many sunny days during this time of the year as well. It’s good to keep in mind that the month of August coincides with the Spanish summer holidays, and therefore might affect the availability of vendors and create delays. In case you are planning an August wedding, it’s wise to start a little bit ahead of time to have majority of things done by the beginning of August.
For this, you would be looking at our Month of Coordination service which includes us taking over approx. 2 months before the wedding to tie together the last details + coordination of the wedding day. You can read more about this service under the Service section on our website.
We can help anybody who speaks English, Spanish and Swedish.
